This website is  to present an oral history project completed for the second year history course The History of Education at Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario. The following pages will explore the struggles that women went through in early Canadian history to attain higher levels of education equal to those of men, with a special emphasis on the experiences of the women who worked tirelessly to gain admission and then equal status at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
